To get all settings of the Question/Answer module go to Settings as below image.
After Enabling Question / Answer module, you will see a list of all Questions with all necessary details as below image.
You can approve a question in 2 ways.
1. Click on the Action button, you will directly get a dropdown to Disapprove Question.
2. If you click on + button then section like below image will be displayed, In that Tab Unchecked the "Approve" Checkbox to Disapprove that particular question.
