- This option allows you to send feedback manually.
Step 1: Go to Rivyo Product Review App --> Settings --> Email Request.
Step 2: You can see the first tab named Custom Mail. Enter email-id and select product for which you want to send feedback mail. with the Preview button, you can preview mail before sending it to customers. Click on Send Mail.
