Step 1: Go to Rivyo Product Review App -> Settings -> Questions/Answers

Step 2: Click on YES to enable the option and click on Save.

Add this shortcode {{status}}, {{name}}, {{product_title}}, {{product_title_withoutlink}}, {{question}}, {{answer}} to display in mail.

Note: You can send the notification to them whose email you mentioned in email notification as Recipient Emails.
