Go to Rivyo Product Review App -> Settings -> Questions/Answers
1) Add Questions-->
To add questions you just need to click on Add Questions
After that, you will see the below form to fill the details and click on Add Question after filling all the details.
2) To Approve/Disapprove/Delete the Question/Answers-->
First, you need to select which one you want to approve/disapprove/delete and then click on Action as given below screenshot. You will see all 3 options, select as per your need and you will see the results.
3) To Reply a Questions-->
Click on (+) sign and write the answer. Check the approve box and click on Update.
