To import reviews from Shopify please follow the below steps.
Step 1: Go to App admin --> Rivyo product review --> Reviews --> Add/ Import/Export review.
Step 2: Select Shopify from given apps and upload the CSV file which you exported from the Shopify app. Check that checkbox if you want all reviews to get approved and click on Import Review.
