You can get reviews via Email request. There are 2 ways to send feedback email requests.


1. Automatic feedback mail (only applicable for a paid plan).

2. Custom mail.



1. Automatic feedback mail. --> In this option feedback mail automatic sent to the customer after order fulfillment. Here are the steps to follow:


Step 1: Go to App admin --> Rivyo product review --> Settings --> Email Request



Step 2: You need to enable the option "Enable Automatic Mail" and set the days after that customer gets feedback email. Click on Save. So in this way customer gets feedback after the days you set of order fulfillment. 


Note: this option will applicable for only paid customers, not for free plan users.


2. Custom mail. --> In this option you need to send feedback mail to customers manually(one by one). Please follow the below steps:


Step 1: Go to App admin --> Rivyo product review --> Settings --> Email Request



Step 2: You need to enter email id and select the product for which you want to send feedback mail. "Preview" button will help you to preview mail how it will look at the customer's end. Click on Send Mail. This is how you can one by one send feedback mail.
