The Shipping Rates calculator will display the estimated shipping charges & this estimation charge will be display on the cart Page.

It will also clarify that shipping is available or not in particular country.

To customize Shipping Calculator settings go to Online Store -> Customize -> Theme Settings -> Shipping Rates Calculator

Select the option "YES" to appear the Calculator on the cart page.

Set Heading -> Set default country -> Button label -> Calculator is ready to display.

Note: Strictly add snippet in cart.liquid to appear the Shipping calculator in cart page.

The Shipping information will display on Cart Page like below image.
