To display Social media icons in Header as well as Footer,

Go to Online Store -> Customize -> Theme Settings -> Social Media

Here you will get list of all social accounts in which you need to add account URL of specific social media app.

In Header Social Icon will be display like below image.

In Footer Social Icon will be display like below image.
