Let your Subscribers keep up-to-date with new offers of your store, For that SetUp complete Newsletter PopUp with below settings.

Go to Customization -> Theme Settings -> Newsletter Popup

In Newsletter PopUp

Select Background Image-> Add Heading, Subheading, text - > Generate MailChimp Form URL through https://mailchimp.com/
